Mount-It! MI-766 dual arm monitor wall mount helps clear out your desktop space and raise two monitors for a more ergonomic installation. Raising monitors to eye level helps prevent common issues such as neck and back pain and eye strain. Dual monitors increase productivity by displaying more information and applications right in front of your eyes. However, dual monitors take up space and if not installed correctly, will require you to switch positions when viewing different screens. VESA 75x75 and VESA 100x100 compatible (look for the 4 bolt hole pattern in the back of the monitors and measure them in millimeters if unsure of size). Suitable with monitors 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25 and 27 inches in screen size. Fits every brand of monitor so long as they use the 75mm and 100mm mounting patterns. If a return request is made for any other reason within 30 days of the original date of purchase, (i.e., buyer's remorse, no longer needed/wanted, accidental orders, etc.), then the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to send the item back to us.
Returns for Replacements: Replacements will be provided for any defective product within the specified warranty period for that product. Replacements will be the only recourse for defective product returns after 30 days from the delivery date have passed. Replacements will be for the exact same item during its warranty period. Product substitutions are not allowed. Return shipping for replacements are client responsibility. We will bear the costs of replacement item shipment.
All returns, whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products that are returned without prior RMA and the RMA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused and sent back to the sender. Please follow the directions provided with the RMA to prevent delays in processing your return.

COVERAGE OF WARRANTY
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 10 Year Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Mount-It! will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use or maintenance. If a defect exists, and Mount-It! is obligated under this warranty, Mount-It! will either (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The Warranty Period for Mount-It! products purchased from Mount-It! extends 10 years from the date of purchase. A replacement Mount-It! product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Mount-It! or 10 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty does not cover products under these conditions:Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship Improperly operated devices (eg.
